Career Fairs 2009-2010

According to the most recent NACE Survey, Moving On 2009 89% of students plan to attend a career fair(s) as part of their job search strategy.  Unfortunately in these lean times employers have told us that they plan to scale back their career fair attendance.  CAPS would encourage you to maintain a campus presence and not experience the "out of site out of mind" syndrome.  Students are appreciative when you make the effort to come to campus and meet with them in person.  They understand that while you may not be recruiting right now that your presence on campus demonstrates your on-going commitment to hiring post-secondary graduates.
