Engaging Your Candidates – Blogging for Recruitment

You are likely familiar with the usual marketing methods to recruit students and graduates – print materials, websites, job boards and in-person recruiting tactics on campus. But few organizations have yet to embrace blogging as a method of engaging potential candidates. During times where marketing budgets may be tight, starting a blog is a smart, cost-efficient and unique method of reaching out to a technology-driven demographic.

CAPS will be in Calgary June 3 to meet with employers. If you’re in Calgary, attend our mixer and presentation at the U of A Calgary office. You will have the opportunity to meet career services staff from the U of A and attend a presentation about trends in students’ transitions to the workplace.
