NEW LOCATIONS IN ONTARIO

Toronto, Ontario July 25, 2008 — Watch IT! Incorporated announced today that it has opened 2 brand new retail watch and sunglass boutiques in Ontario.  The chain of franchise and corporate stores opened its second Ottawa location in Place D’Orleans at the end of June, along with a store in Square One Shopping Centre in July. This brings the chain to a total of 16 locations across Canada with 6 additional Canadian stores planned throughout 2008 & 2009.
